Mediator/Arbitrator

Ron is a known and trusted resource and frequent selection as an arbitrator or mediator. Over the course of his career, he has arbitrated or mediated over 250 cases. Ron began his career in ADR over 15 years ago with an appointment to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program instituted in Luzerne County when various issues caused a shortfall in available judges. Ron served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the conciliation and/or trial of specially assigned civil cases.

In his ADR practice, Ron works hard to earn the trust of clients and counsel alike in order to meet the parties needs in settlement discussion. Ron also serves as an arbitrator in binding arbitration matters. He always tries to “do the right thing” and spends a great deal of time to achieve resolution for all parties.
