Hon. Lawrence F. Stengel (Ret.) to Lead New Alternative Dispute Resolution Company

Lancaster, PA, October 2018 – Honorable Lawrence F. Stengel, (Ret.), Former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, is set to lead Optimal Dispute Resolutions as Chief Executive Officer. The recently launched ADR company will offer alternative dispute resolutions services including mediation, arbitration, consulting, and specialty services. 

After a 28-year judicial career, Judge Stengel has returned to private practice to continue contributing to his profession and community. Judge Stengel will utilize the experience he acquired during his judicial career to take an objective, realistic, and credible approach to the mediation and arbitration process. In addition to Judge Stengel, Optimal Dispute Resolutions is comprised of a team of highly qualified mediators and arbitrators with experience across a variety of industries including employment, internal investigations, intellectual property, construction, business, insurance, and healthcare.

My career as a federal and state court judge has prepared me to act as a fair and neutral mediator and arbitrator.“  

Judge Stengel will work with a team of experienced arbitrators and mediators. The team will include Ron Pollock, Esq., Richard Hackman, Esq. and Helen Wolstonscroft, Esq., each bringing experience in a variety of areas.
